Standard business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, Eastern Time. Orders received after business hours, during a weekend, or over a holiday closure will be processed the following business day. Shipping estimates shown in the shopping cart quote transit time in business days after the order has been processed.
Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Time in Transit
The shipping service chosen at checkout is but one factor that determines the delivery date of an order. The delivery speed shown at checkout is the shipping service's estimated time in transit.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We endeavor to process and fulfill every order as rapidly as possible. If there is an exception to our normal processing time — whether due to product availability, high volume of orders to process, or unexpected supply chain issues — we will make an effort to inform you of the situation.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer international shipping worldwide via the shipping services available at checkout; however, there may be some items that we cannot ship to certain destinations. For destinations or end use in Europe, Setrab Oil Coolers are distributed throughout Europe via the distributors listed on the Setrab AB (Sweden) Distributor webpage. Any orders placed to destinations outside of Setrab USA's market areas will be put on hold while we contact you to determine best course and redirect you through the appropriate channels for any items subject to these terms.
Shipping charges and estimated time in transit for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Setrab USA / sūsa is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the time frame that includes Order Processing Time + Time in Transit at your chosen delivery speed, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS, are not able to deliver to (place mail in) a P.O. Box. Only the United States Postal Service is permitted to deliver mail to (place mail in) a P.O. Box. For mailing purposes, P.O. Boxes are considered a physical location.
Choose from the available United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping options at checkout if your desired shipping address is a P.O. Box.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All orders leaving our shipping department have been checked and double-checked for accuracy and kit contents. Please notify us immediately of any discrepancy. All oil coolers have been pressure-tested prior to packaging. We will accept no returns past 30 days from the invoice date. A copy of the invoice or the order number must accompany all returned-goods authorization (RGA) requests. Any authorized return must be accompanied by an RGA number. An RGA may be obtained by contacting Setrab USA / sūsa, by telephone at (740)625-6228 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged to account for repackaging, re-handling, and administration. No refunds will be issued for shipping charges. Credit will only be issued upon inspection of returned items and the subsequent determination of suitability for resale. Credit will only be issued toward credit card used for original purchase.
If it is determined that a part is defective, we will replace it or issue a refund at our sole discretion. Setrab USA / sūsa parts are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for six months from the date of purchase. No warranty or liability is expressed or implied in a racing environment. Proof of purchase will be required. No refunds will be issued for shipping charges.
Setrab USA / sūsa parts are packaged to provide for security during transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, report your damage at once to the carrier, and please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Setrab USA / sūsa cannot issue damage claims. You must hold the original box, packaging material, and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Setrab USA / sūsa cannot be responsible for damages due to carrier negligence.
