Refund policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All orders leaving our shipping department have been checked and double-checked for accuracy and kit contents. Please notify us immediately of any discrepancy. All oil coolers have been pressure-tested prior to packaging. We will accept no returns past 30 days from the invoice date. A copy of the invoice or the order number must accompany all returned-goods authorization (RGA) requests.

RGA may be obtained by using the Contact Page or by directly messaging info@setrabusa.com.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged to account for repackaging, re-handling, and administration. No refunds will be issued for shipping charges. Credit will only be issued upon inspection of returned items and the subsequent determination of suitability for resale. Credit will only be issued toward credit card used for original purchase.

Customers may send goods back via their chosen shipping carrier or request a return shipping label that will be deducted from their available refund.

Guarantee

If it is determined that a part is defective, we will replace it or issue a refund at our sole discretion. Setrab USA / sūsa parts are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for six months from the date of purchase. No warranty or liability is expressed or implied in a racing environment. Proof of purchase will be required. No refunds will be issued for shipping charges.
