- INSTRUCTIONS -
The sūsa Automatic Remote Oil Thermostat installs directly in the oil lines and allows engine oil to by-pass the oil cooler until the oil reaches the prescribed temperature. The 180ºF Thermostatic Oil Valve (TOV) allows up to 100% oil by-pass before actuation.
Design provides multiple options for oil flow entrance & exit depending on application requirements. Included heavy-gauge steel mounting plate offers multiple orientations for adaptability.
Compatible with the ProLine Adapter System of low-profile M22x1.5 adapter fittings and direct-port hose ends
(shown with fittings, sold separately)
Notes:
- Designed for use with sūsa ProLine adapters in sizes up to & including AN12.
- Will not accept AN16 size adapter fittings
- This item is not designed to nor does it work with banjo style adapters fittings.
