sūsa Thermal Switch

NPT

sūsa Thermal Switches are used to activate a 12V accessory at a prescribed temperature.

They are a normally open switch, so once the prescribed temperature is met, they will activate and continue duty until reaching approximately 15°F below the action temperature.

Install specifications:

• Our aluminum NPT (National Pipe Taper) fittings are intended to be installed with a PTFE based thread sealant.
• Instead of a specific torque for installation, we advise for the traditional TPFT (Turns Past Finger Tight) method
