sūsa HyperFlow Sandwich Adapter w/ Thermostat, 180ºF

INSTRUCTIONS

Built to perform from street to track, the sūsa HyperFlow Billet Sandwich Adapter provides easy oil access for performance oil cooling.

sūsa's unique self-contained thermostatic oil valve with pressure-relief function provides automatic oil by-pass to minimize warmup time and offer convenience in any setting. The 180ºF Thermostatic Oil Valve (TOV) allows up to 100% oil by-pass before actuation.

This sandwich-style oil filter adapter is engineered for the high-flow environment of a high-performance wet sump oiling system, easily adapting to –6, –8, –10 and -12 when used with sūsa ProLine M22 adapter fittings or direct-port hose ends (sold separately).

Notes: 

*The 19-SPTB76 does not work with -16 AN adapters. It is not necessary or recommended to use these larger size lines on the pressure side of a wet-sump oiling circuit utilizing an intermediate size spin-on oil filter. 

*This item does not work with banjo adapters fittings. 

*Do not block off or plug the inlet/outlet M22x1.5 ports on a sandwich adapter when installed. This will cause blockage of oil flow and could result in catastrophic engine failure. If installing and not immediately plumbing an oil cooler, you must loop hoses from outlet to inlet to ensure an unobstructed flow path.
